Do prices include GST?
All web site prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST (unless specified otherwise). Professional quotes for services and systems will generally be given excluding GST (with the GST amount shown separately).What are the payment options?
Traditionally we worked on a system of "payment on invoice". However, we are looking into more modern methods to be added in the near future (eg BPAY, Credit card and Direct Deposits).What are the charges for excess traffic?
Excess traffic will be charged at the rate of $11.00 / Gigabyte or part there of.What if I run out of web space.?
Additional disk space is available at $1.10 / MegabyteDo you have your own servers?
No, we lease high quality hosting capacity from an Australian firm who have very reliable servers based in Sydney (NSW) and in the US.Why do you not have your own servers.?
We could not provide the same level of capacity, reliability and support as our provider. They specialise in providing hosting services.Would it be cheaper to go direct to a specialised provider and not go through TPRO?
We have a very small mark-up on the actual costs, so you would probably pay the same. If you have sufficient technical expertise this is an option for you, or for a small fee we can assist if you so desire.Can you guarantee service uptime 99% plus?
No, this is practically impossible. However, our provider has an SLA that allows for credits based on actual up time, which will be passed on to you.- 99.9% plus = no credit.
- 98% to 99.8% = 10% credit
- 95% to 97.9% = 25% credit
- 90% to 94.9% = 50% credit
- 0% to 89.9% = 100% credit

What if I don't use all of my package included maintenance hours?
Any remainder of available hours at the end of a month are not carried forward.What if I need more changes than the package included hours allow?
Basically once the time allotted is used we will be charging at the standard web development rate. Normally we confirm this with you before going over to our standard rate.Go to Top
